What can I store?

What can't I store?

We cannot store hazardous materials, perishable items, illegal substances, weapons, or items of extreme value (unless specifically insured). A full list of prohibited items is provided during booking.

How secure is your storage facility?

Our facility features 24/7 CCTV monitoring, fire suppression systems, climate control, and restricted access. All items are fully insured, and our facility meets the highest security standards.

Can I access my items anytime?

While you can't physically access the facility, you can view your digital inventory online 24/7 and request returns of specific items through your online account. Returns are typically processed within 48 hours.

How do I schedule a collection?
